About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Apprenticeships team, ensuring the smooth delivery of a high-quality customer-focused learning and organisational development service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general administrative support to the Apprenticeships team, including answering queries and monitoring emails.
  • Maintaining accurate records for apprentices on the Government Digital Apprentice Service.
  • Providing administrative support using the OLM system to ensure that apprenticeship and training records for staff are updated and maintained.
  • Supporting projects such as National Apprenticeship Week and Learning at Work Week.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GCSE or equivalent digital skills.
  • Completion of a minimum of 2 GCSEs at passing grade.
  • Excellent attitude towards learning and ability to cope with rapid change.
