Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality customer-focused learning and organisational development service that meets the needs of all Trust staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Apprenticeships team, including answering queries, monitoring and responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Use the OLM system to ensure that apprenticeship and training records for staff are updated and maintained.
  • Support projects such as National Apprenticeship Week, Learning at Work Week, and staff engagement activities.
  • Liaise with the Communications Team, Facilities Management, and subject matter experts to coordinate activities and follow up on enquiries.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Learning and Organisational Development team at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to study an apprenticeship with Multiverse at Level 3 or 4 as part of the digital academy.

Person Specification
  • GCSE or equivalent Digital Skills
  • Completion of a minimum of 2 GCSE's at passing grade
  • Evidence of ability to organise
  • Previous NHS experience or customer service experience
  • Excellent attitude towards learning
