Learning and Development Administrator

About the Role
The Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to support the delivery of a high-quality learning and development service. As a Learning and Development Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for staff and external enquirers on the Trust's apprenticeship programme, work experience, and other work placement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Apprenticeships team, including maintaining accurate records for apprentices on the Government Digital Apprentice Service.
- Update and maintain apprenticeship and training records for staff using the OLM system.
- Support projects such as National Apprenticeship Week, Learning at Work Week, and staff engagement activities.
- Liaise with Salisbury Managed Procurement Services to identify training providers for specific apprenticeships.
Requirements
- GCSE or equivalent digital skills.
- Completion of a minimum of 2 GCSEs at passing grade.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent attitude towards learning.
