Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Anaesthetics Practitioner to join our team at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital, providing support in the Theatre department on a bank basis.

About the Role:

This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis, where you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary patient care, carrying out anaesthetic duties in a theatre setting.
  • Support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
  • Promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements.

Requirements:

  • You must be a qualified Nurse or ODP with experience in anaesthetics.
  • You hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin with no conditions or restrictions.
  • Be able to build and hold relationships with consultants and staff of the department.
  • Excellent communication skills.
