Role Overview
Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled Theatre Anaesthetic and Recovery Practitioner to join our team at our Cambridge Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatres.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with our team of consultants and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Supervise and support junior members of staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective delivery of patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the patient experience and improve clinical outcomes.
Requirements
- Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
- Post-registration experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
