Part Time Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part Time Office Administrator at Dexters Estate Agent Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy offices with a range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and upload property listings to our online platforms
- Provide administrative support to our sales and lettings teams, including preparing documents and maintaining accurate records
- Update and maintain our company website, social media, and marketing materials
- Maintain the office appearance, filing systems, and stationery supplies
- Produce and order marketing materials, including brochures and window displays
- Prepare and send correspondence to clients and customers
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Requirements & Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread and format documents
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
