We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part Time Office Administrator at Dexters Estate Agent Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy offices with a range of administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and upload property listings to our online platforms
  • Provide administrative support to our sales and lettings teams, including preparing documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Update and maintain our company website, social media, and marketing materials
  • Maintain the office appearance, filing systems, and stationery supplies
  • Produce and order marketing materials, including brochures and window displays
  • Prepare and send correspondence to clients and customers
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Requirements & Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to proofread and format documents
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
