Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop individualized plans to support children and young adults with disabilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support
  • Work closely with families and carers to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, policies, and best practices in children's social care
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Social Work, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England as a registered Social Worker
  • Demonstrable capability to practice in line with current professional standards
  • Proficiency in case recording and information technology systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
