About the Role

As a Social Worker - Adults, you will work with vulnerable adults and their families who have complex social needs. You will be responsible for maximizing their potential to live independently and providing support to meet their needs.

The role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including those with disabilities, exclusion, or diminished capacity. You will be required to develop strong relationships with partner agencies and the local community to provide a supportive framework for vulnerable adults.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing client needs and developing care plans
  • Providing support and guidance to clients and their families
  • Working with partner agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with the local community

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Current registration with Social Work England
  • At least 1 year's experience in social work
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Capability of practice in accordance with current professional standards
