Job Overview

Operose Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing team to deliver high-quality services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide clinical leadership and management to our nursing team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Clinical Expertise: Utilize your advanced practice skills to provide expert clinical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our regional nursing, operational, and GP teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Quality and Standards: Ensure that our nursing team meets the highest standards of quality and care, adhering to national service frameworks and guidelines.
  • Professional Development: Support the professional development of our nursing team, including training and education.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: First-level UK registered nurse or registered AHCP with at least 2 years post-qualified experience.
  • Skills and Experience: Non-medical prescriber, extensive clinical experience in primary care health settings, and managing nursing teams.
  • Understanding: Demonstrate a clear understanding of the lead role and its responsibilities.
