Job Title: Lead Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Nurse to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a primary care setting. You will be a registered nurse with a non-medical prescribing qualification and have a proven track record of managing nursing teams. Your expertise will be essential in driving clinical excellence and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Manage and develop nursing teams to achieve clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes.
  • Work closely with the regional nursing, operational, and GP teams to ensure all targets are met in line with current guidelines and standards.
  • Act as a deputy to the Regional Lead Nurse and support the implementation and monitoring of clinical aspects.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary of up to £48,000, depending on qualifications and experience. You will also receive 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata, 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, and a range of other exciting employee benefits.
