Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Account Director to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions, a global award-winning brand activation partner.

This role will be perfect for someone who is confident in communicating with senior stakeholders, has a proven track record of overseeing and mentoring a team, and has a keen eye for strategy and budget management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, martech, CRM, and email marketing, with a focus on delivering best-in-class project management and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels, ensuring client expectations are understood and managed.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Client Workshops: Participate in and lead client workshops and quarterly business reviews, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Presentations and Reporting: Develop and deliver clear, engaging presentations and reports to clients, including campaign results, business proposals, and CRM plans.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of account managers to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and profitability.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct thorough post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Commercial Awareness: Demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial principles and be able to manage budgets effectively.
