Overnight shifts are compensated at £Z, increasing to £A, with bank holiday rates at £B. Our Children’s Homes are registered and regulated, providing tailored support for children and young people with various needs, in accordance with their individual care plans. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment that feels like home while enhancing their life experiences and independence skills.

We operate on a three-shift system (AM/PM/Nights) and our facilities are open year-round.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated and friendly teams. Your primary base will be in Dartington, with responsibilities across other internal children’s homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children in achieving their personal aspirations and goals
