We have an exciting opportunity for a Youth Support Worker to work at our youth centre in Exmouth and Ottery Youth Centre. The hours will include working 2 evenings per week and occasional weekends. Come and join a team of youth workers delivering high quality youth work. Learn new skills - training and support will be provided.
Recruiting for attitude and seeking candidates with a passion to work with young people and help them to unlock their potential. The role is fun, challenging and rewarding.
What is the role?
● Supporting youth work in a variety of settings;
● Being collaborative and a team player;
● Supporting the design and delivery of the youth work curriculum and programmes;
● Planning, evaluating and evidencing of youth work.

● Annual leave: 6 weeks for the first 5 years then increased to 7 weeks (pro-rata’d for part-time roles);
