About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Oakland Central Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily activities, meals, and personal hygiene.
  • Supporting family members and visitors, and actively participating in various training and up-skilling sessions.
  • Working closely with the management team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Assisting with day-to-day activities, providing companionship, and promoting a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • A can-do attitude and a compassionate and caring approach to care.
  • Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker (advantageous but not essential, as full training is given).
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with residents, family members, and colleagues.
