About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Oakland Central Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily activities, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
  • Supporting residents with their physical, psychological, and social needs.
  • Assisting with day-to-day tasks, such as washing, dressing, and administering medication.
  • Working closely with the management team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Participating in training and up-skilling sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker (advantageous but not essential).
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with residents, family members, and colleagues.

What We Offer:
