**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care and Support Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily activities, meal preparation, and personal hygiene
* Support residents with their physical, psychological, and social needs
* Work closely with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
* Participate in training and up-skilling sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
