Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for producing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and review financial reports, including month-end consolidations, share-based payments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to finalize month-end results.
  • Provide data to external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
Requirements
  • ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
