Financial Accountant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Provide support for external audits and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
