As a Consultant Psychiatrist in Old Age Psychiatry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients with complex mental health needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment and management of patients with acute mental disorders.
Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
Teaching and training junior staff, medical students, and other disciplines.
Participating in departmental and Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance, audit, and research.
Ensuring active participation in continuing professional development (CPD).
