Senior Guest Knowledge and Engagement Manager

As a Senior Guest Knowledge and Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and execution of our CRM and Membership programmes.

With a strong focus on optimising our online presence, conversion rates, and guest acquisition and retention, you will deliver a streamlined approach to email and membership strategy and growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesMembership:
  • Support the strategic direction of our membership programme, working cross-functionally with various teams to encourage member sign-up.
  • Lead on ideas for exclusive seasonal membership content, including rewards, communications, events, and gifting.
Email Marketing:
  • Execute the email strategy, delivering personal, relevant, and timely communications.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on the email calendar to develop engaging communications that drive growth.
  • Report on key CRM metrics, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Manage the implementation and optimisation of CRM supporting tools.
About You

We are looking for a fast-paced and agile individual who can pivot quickly to ensure our brand and business goals are met in today's challenging and changing marketplace.

You will have 5+ years' experience in managing loyalty or Membership programmes/CRM within retail and/or a luxury brand environment.

Previous experience in owning or supporting a CRM channel strategy, as well as developing and executing automated lifecycle trigger communications.

Excellent computer literacy in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with a healthy mix of creative and analytical thinking to deliver innovative and engaging experiences that drive business results.

Knowledge of GDPR and the evolving data privacy landscape, with a hands-on profile and strong communication skills.

Highly organised with a high attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
