Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with our current clientele.

- Strategically plan and prioritize your territory to meet customer needs effectively.
- Identify and secure new business prospects to drive growth.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience within the pet industry, specifically in a wholesale or brand management capacity.
- Experience in servicing and managing accounts in the East Midlands region.
- Proven ability to drive account growth through direct sales initiatives, product distribution, and pricing negotiations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to relationship building.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
- Merchandising experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
