About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Outbound sales and email communications to increase sales revenue.
- Handling incoming sales calls and answering customer queries.
- Inputting sales orders from existing customers.
- Providing timely and effective customer service support.
- Promoting daily deals and introducing new products during sales calls.
- Updating the client database with contact and site details.
- Monitoring and responding to emails.
- Assisting the senior sales team with new sales inquiries.
- Weekly meetings with the Sales Manager to review sales performance.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in telephone sales.
- Customer service experience.
- Self-motivated.
- Positive attitude.
