Director of Product Strategy

Mason Blake is seeking a seasoned Product Strategy Director to spearhead product innovation efforts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing frameworks and parameters for the origination of a robust pipeline of innovative product strategies that competitively differentiate the firm and enhance its prospects for revenue and asset growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product innovation strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and opportunities for growth
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investment teams and regional distribution leaders
  • Present product insights and recommendations to governing bodies, such as executive committees and relevant Boards
  • Own business cases for new product recommendations and ensure their successful implementation
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of product experience in the asset management industry, with a proven track record of success in product ideation and development
  • Deep expertise of the investment landscape in Europe and Middle East
  • Broad understanding of traditional and alternative investment products across various public and private investment vehicles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build strong internal relationships and influence senior stakeholders
