Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ensure proper portion and quality control.
  • Monitor food levels consistently within the kitchen.
  • Adhere to Food Safety Standards diligently.
  • Wear the appropriate uniform at all times.
  • Thoroughly clean equipment in a timely manner according to GDK standards.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance consistently.
  • Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks while working collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate understanding of ingredients, methods, and preparation of menu items.
  • Follow GDK cleaning and storage standards, including maintaining a clean-as-you-go attitude.
  • Complete daily paperwork in accordance with GDK standards.
