About Warren Butterworth Catering Butchers

We are a thriving butchery business seeking skilled individuals to join our production team. As a Production Team Member, you will play a vital role in the preparation, processing, and packaging of high-quality meat products in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Packaging of meat products
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the production area
  • Assisting in movement of packages
  • Additional tasks as and when required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a food production environment is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • A reasonable level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role, which involves being on your feet all day
  • Understanding of manual handling and health & safety rules and regulations is desirable

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday: 6am-3.30pm, Saturday: 6am-12pm (6 shifts)
  • You will work 5 out of these 6 shifts per week
  • You will have one day off Mon-Sat, and we are always closed on Sundays
  • Average hours: 42.6 hours per week worked over your 5 shifts on weekly rotation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.05 per hour

Expected hours: 42.6 per week
