Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Asia-Pacific. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of employee relations cases and supporting business change projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations cases, including performance management, internal investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Support business change projects, with a focus on Asia as a region
- Collaborate with the UK Employee Relations team and the Asia ER lead to provide advisory support
- Develop and implement HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with company standards
- Provide ER situational support in the UK and liaise closely with the Lead ER partner in Asia on projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in employee relations, with a focus on Asia-Pacific
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, including performance management and disciplinary actions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean is highly desirable
