About You:

We seek a confident leader with experience as a head chef, chef manager, kitchen manager, or senior sous chef in a dynamic, high-volume environment. You will cultivate the food culture within your establishment, collaborating closely with the pub manager to drive business success and develop seasonal menus alongside our Executive Chefs. Strong business acumen is essential for managing kitchen operations effectively, including stock management, gross profit, and labor controls.
