About You:

Our kitchens are dynamic and fast-paced, requiring experience as a head chef, chef manager, kitchen manager, or senior sous chef in a busy, premium fresh food setting. You will cultivate the food culture within your establishment, collaborating closely with the pub manager to drive business success and develop seasonal menus alongside our Executive Chefs. We are looking for a confident leader who can nurture their team and foster an inclusive, supportive environment. Strong business acumen is essential for managing a well-organized kitchen, including oversight of stock, gross profits, and labor controls.
