About You:

We seek a dynamic leader with experience as a head chef, chef manager, kitchen manager, or senior sous chef in a high-volume, premium fresh food environment. You will cultivate the food culture within your establishment, collaborating closely with the pub manager to drive business success and develop seasonal menus alongside our Executive Chefs. A confident leader who fosters an inclusive and supportive team environment is essential. Strong business acumen is necessary to manage kitchen operations effectively, including stock management, gross profit, and labor controls.
