Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Go-to-Market Lead to join our Digital Solutions team, responsible for defining and coordinating the commercial implementation of our digital products.

Job Summary

The Go-to-Market Lead will work closely with our Solution Leaders, Scrum Masters, and commercial affiliates to understand the value of our products and define their positioning. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry and target markets, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
  • Define and coordinate all necessary activities for the commercial implementation of in-development products
  • Work closely with Solution Leaders to understand the value of the product and define its positioning
  • Coordinate marketing support programs and provide marketing assistance to field personnel and customers
  • Identify and define which channels will be used to bring a solution to market, and how this may vary by geography/customer
  • Help determine pricing levels and reimbursement routes and codes for respective target markets
  • Identify legal and regulatory requirements for commercial deployment in the relevant markets
  • Prepare and coordinate marketing support programs, contribute to planning and creation of advertising and promotional materials
  • Provide product training to SBUs and commercial marketing teams
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer activities to bring SBU and local teams up to speed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Science, Business Administration, or Marketing discipline, or equivalent
  • Prior experience in marketing/product management positions, preferred
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar function within a medical device/diagnostics/healthcare organization, preferred
Skills and Capabilities
  • Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant industry
  • Experience with B2C digital products, preferred
  • Experience in business and sales development, increasing client bases, client acquisition, marketing, sales pitches, and sales follow-up
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and service operations/operations management
Travel Requirements

Up to 20% of the time.
