About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales team as a Graduate Sales Support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop and grow within a friendly and team-oriented family business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and associated administration, working closely with all departments.
  • Track orders through to dispatch, keeping customers informed of any issues.
  • Check dispatch documents and complete invoices using Sage Accounting Software.
  • Assist with transport planning and associated vehicle/driver administration.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Provide secretarial assistance as required to Directors, Managers, and Sales Staff.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Drive, enthusiasm, and a 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to think for yourself and take responsibility for your actions.
  • Understanding of wider team goals and how you can impact them.
  • Self-motivated with good time management and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships quickly.
