We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at QCP Capital Pte. Ltd. in the South Lanarkshire area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse product specifications and requirements to ensure compliance with established external standards and customer requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, in line with established external standards and customer requirements.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Quality Control Plans (QCPs).
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and deliver quality training programs for staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Quality Management role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong analytical skills to assess processes and products effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of quality principles and practices, including ISO standards.
- Engineering knowledge to interpret drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Excellent understanding of quality assurance procedures and protocols.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including production teams, customers, and regulatory bodies.
