Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and experience with other programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, JavaScript), as well as experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
