About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Software Engineering to lead our team of 400+ engineers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of our engineering teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 400+ engineers across software and quality engineering
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the engineering team, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Develop and maintain a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the engineering team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software engineering and apply this knowledge to drive technical innovation within the company
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading large software engineering teams and driving high performance
  • Strong technical expertise in software engineering, with a deep understanding of software development methodologies and technologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of engineers
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
