We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Lead to join our team at Blossom Services Inc. as a key member of our Children and Young People's Mental Health (CYPMH) team.
Main Responsibilities- Implement system change and transformation across multiple organizations to improve access to children and young people's emotional and mental wellbeing support.
- Develop and implement a Single Point of Access for CYP emotional and mental health, ensuring that young people can access the right kind of support at the right time.
- Establish robust and safe pathways into and from the Single Point of Access, linking with other multi-agency forums such as the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation, achieving best value for money, and avoiding duplication or under-utilized capacity in services.
- Work closely with partners and stakeholders to deliver system change and transformation, without direct line management responsibilities.
- Extensive knowledge of Milton Keynes CYP Health and Care services or other relevant health and care systems.
- Expert knowledge of mental health services and pathways, with a degree-level education.
- Ability to lead transformation, challenge the status quo, and bring others along with the change process.
- Strategic thinking and influencing skills to drive positive change for young people.
