About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive business growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales, driving efficiencies, and achieving performance targets by leading and inspiring your team to be their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage and control store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and stockroom organization.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and other store managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Manage store budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and expenses.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve store operations, customer experience, and sales performance.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional who can lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional results. You will have:

Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and store layout.Ability to work collaboratively with the Area Manager and other store managers to achieve business objectives.
