Job Title: Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Senior Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients within our mental health hospital.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure high-quality care and promote positive teamwork.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care.

Requirements:

  • Relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • Valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Experience in managing a nursing team and maintaining high professional standards
  • Minimum of 2 years of mental health experience as a nurse in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills
  • High level of self-motivation and flexible approach
  • Positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate
  • Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
