About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Health Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our patients.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement service improvements, ensuring that our services are of the highest standard.
  • Attend training and engage in continuing professional development to enhance your knowledge and skills, promoting excellence in nursing practice.
  • Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines, working closely with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
