**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process and reconcile purchase invoices and supplier statements with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage the purchase ledger in a timely manner, responding to queries promptly and professionally
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Assist with sales ledger functions, including invoicing, cash allocation, and credit control
  • Contribute to bank reconciliations and month-end tasks as required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
