About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the setup and booking of meeting rooms
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of one floor in a commercial office building
  • Conduct regular floor walks to identify and address any issues
  • Report maintenance issues to the maintenance team in a timely manner
  • Assist other engineers and staff as required
  • Replenish food and drinks for staff and clients
  • Provide a warm welcome to clients and visitors
