About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team at RedCat Digital. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre-sales discovery calls to understand prospective clients' needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct post-sales discovery calls to identify client needs and suggest new configurations or additional features.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their pain points and provide solutions to improve their financial management and accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an auditing or accounting role at a Big 4 firm, or experience working for a SaaS company focused on financial management/accounting.
  • Technical skills - any experience or knowledge of software in this space is beneficial, but a curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn is even more important.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
