About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team at RedCat Digital. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales discovery calls to understand prospective clients' needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct post-sales discovery calls to identify client needs and suggest new configurations or additional features.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their pain points and deliver solutions that meet their business needs.
- Collaborate with our technical team to design and implement software solutions that meet our clients' requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with our services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in an auditing or accounting role at a Big 4 firm, or experience working for a SaaS company focused on financial management/accounting.
- Technical skills – any experience or knowledge of software in this space is beneficial, but a curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn is even more important.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business problems.
