About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Management Accountant to join our team at Page Personnel Finance and lead a team in the Accounting & Finance department of a prominent Property industry company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of accountants to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process to drive business growth.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Participate in financial audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Implement effective financial controls and procedures to mitigate risk.
  • Contribute to financial strategy and decision-making processes to drive business success.

Requirements

  • ACCA, CIMA, or ACA Finalist status with only one paper remaining.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, including Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure.
