The British American Drama Academy (BADA) is on the lookout for a skilled Programmes and Recruitment Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the effective operation of BADA's programs while enhancing the organization's recruitment outreach and enrollment capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
  • 28 days of leave (including Bank Holidays) plus a Winter closure

Role Overview

This position is designed to ensure the seamless execution of BADA's educational initiatives and to broaden the organization's recruitment scope. The Programmes and Recruitment Coordinator will handle a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

  • Communication with faculty, contract management, and scheduling
  • Site reservations and stakeholder engagement
  • Supervision of the Administrative & Media Assistant
  • Compliance with UKVI regulations
  • Recruitment efforts, including the formulation of recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Dean

This is a full-time role, requiring five days of work each week, primarily based in London, with a temporary relocation to Oxford for a few weeks during the summer. Remote work may be an option during certain periods of the year.

Founded in 1984, BADA provides students from around the globe with the opportunity to study classical theatre alongside leading actors and theatre professionals from the British and European stages. Our mission is to deliver exceptional, rigorous, and immersive theatre training across various courses tailored for students aged 16-18, undergraduates studying abroad, and lifelong learners.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience managing academic programs at the higher education level
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in international student recruitment

Desirable: Experience in line management.
