Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in a key role that involves maintaining effective planned preventative maintenance programmes for all tunnels and pump stations assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement yearly Tunnels and pumping station TM closure programmes and road space permitting in accordance with client specifications, good practice, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate end-to-end process workflows via the TFL Maximo asset management system, covering all planned preventative maintenance activities, emergency callouts, defect reporting, and reactive maintenance repairs.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding the status of planned preventative maintenance activities, forecasting, recording of emergency callouts, and management of defects in accordance with KPIs.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Maximo asset database by maintaining up-to-date information on all tunnels and pump station assets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance programme coordination and asset management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and good practice in the maintenance industry.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
