Join Our Team as a Guest Services Team Member

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Guest Services Team Member to join our team at Heythrop Park Hotel. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the reception team to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our hotel's products and services, including our rooms, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Upsell and promote our hotel's services and packages to guests, ensuring maximum revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by participating in team meetings, training sessions, and other initiatives.
