Night Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Night Guest Services team at Heythrop Park Hotel in Oxfordshire.
About the Role:
As a Night Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. This will include operating the reception desk, maintaining the cleanliness and decor of the venues, and supporting the site's safety and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate the reception desk, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain the cleanliness and decor of the venues, ensuring a high standard of presentation at all times.
- Support the site's safety and security, reporting any incidents or concerns to the Night Manager.
- Work collaboratively with the Night Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
