Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn Abingdon A34. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 24 hours per week across 3 days, with shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and you will be required to be flexible and adaptable.

What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, including making cocktails.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as checking guests in and out.
