Hours: 30 per week - Permanent

Your work will primarily take place in community settings, and you will typically follow core shift patterns.

This position requires the completion of three funded modules at the Master's Level; initially, the post-holder will receive a Band 6 salary until these modules are completed, at which point the salary will be adjusted to Band 7.

Experience in frontline community health services is essential, along with evidence of ongoing professional development. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional clinical abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to perform under pressure. This role is both challenging and fulfilling, and we seek a dedicated, motivated, and adaptable individual who can work efficiently and flexibly. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business purposes are mandatory for this position.

We are a dynamic and welcoming team, eager to integrate a new member who is committed to the continuous enhancement of our service offerings.
