Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Advisory Services
    • Provide timely and professional HR advice and guidance to clients in line with current and upcoming legal requirements and best practices.
  • Employee Relations Support
    • Act as the primary point of contact for senior management teams, providing proactive support on all employee matters.
  • Recruitment Support
    • Support the development of a robust and high-quality recruitment service, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Employee Onboarding
    • Manage the hiring process, verifying Right to Work information and compliance documents.
  • Employee Relations Issues
    • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Team Administration
    • Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring the effective operation of the HR team.
Requirements
  • HR Experience
    • Strong HR administration skills and a desire to develop and grow in the role.
  • Employee Relations Knowledge
    • Familiarity with Employee Relations policies and procedures, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Industry Experience
    • Experience working in healthcare or a public sector organization, with a strong understanding of the sector's specific challenges and requirements.
